Music Listening & Usage Terms

These terms describe the default use of music offered by Psalms by Heaven unless a product-specific or separate
written license states otherwise.

1. Listening and Personal Use

Music made available through Psalms by Heaven may be streamed, previewed, or downloaded only as authorized
by the website, applicable distributor, or product license. Unless a separate license states otherwise, purchased
digital music is licensed for personal, non-commercial listening and enjoyment.

2. No Transfer of Ownership

Purchasing or downloading a song does not transfer ownership of the underlying lyrics, musical composition,
sound recording, artwork, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights. Rights remain with the applicable owner
or rights holder except to the extent expressly licensed or assigned in writing.

3. Permitted Personal Uses

  • Listen to an authorized purchased/downloaded file on your personal devices.
  • Maintain reasonable personal backup copies where permitted by applicable law and the applicable platform terms.
  • Enjoy the music privately for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Uses Requiring Permission or a Separate License

  • Using music in advertising, branded content, business promotions, films, television, games, apps, podcasts, or other commercial productions.
  • Synchronizing music with monetized or commercial video content.
  • Reselling, sublicensing, redistributing, uploading, or making downloadable music files available to others.
  • Using a recording as background music in a commercial project where a separate license is required.
  • Creating or distributing unauthorized derivative works or remixes from protected material.

5. Streaming Platforms and Social Media

Availability of a song on a streaming or social-media platform does not grant additional rights beyond the
permissions provided by that platform and the applicable rights holders. Platform features, music libraries,
monetization rules, and licenses may differ.

6. Commercial Licensing

For commercial-use or synchronization inquiries involving music controlled by Psalms by Heaven or NextView
Digital Ventures LLC, contact questions@psalmsofheaven.com. Permission is not granted unless confirmed
through an appropriate written license.

7. Unauthorized Use

Psalms by Heaven reserves the right to protect rights it owns or controls and to seek removal, licensing fees,
damages, or other available remedies for unauthorized commercial exploitation, infringement, or redistribution, subject to applicable law.

8. AI-Assisted Works

Some music may include AI-assisted creative or production elements. Any rights claimed or licensed by Psalms by
Heaven are limited to rights legally owned or controlled, including qualifying human-authored contributions,
contractual rights, licensed material, selection/arrangement, production, branding, or other protectable interests as
applicable.
