Website policy for downloadable Psalms by Heaven products.
1. Digital Products
Psalms by Heaven may offer downloadable music, lyrics, poetry, artwork, or other digital products. Digital products
are delivered electronically and may become accessible immediately or shortly after successful payment.
2. Digital Sales Are Generally Final
Because digital files cannot ordinarily be returned once delivered, accessed, or downloaded, digital purchases are
generally final and non-refundable after delivery or access, except where required by applicable law or where
Psalms by Heaven determines that a qualifying delivery problem occurred.
3. Qualifying Download Problems
- You were charged but the purchased file was not made available.
- The delivered file is corrupted or cannot reasonably be opened in the advertised format.
- You received a different digital product from the one purchased.
- A duplicate charge is confirmed for the same transaction.
Where a qualifying issue is confirmed, Psalms by Heaven may provide a replacement download, technical
assistance, or an appropriate refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
4. Non-Qualifying Reasons
Refunds are generally not provided merely because a customer changes their mind after receiving the digital
product, no longer wants the product, purchased the wrong item despite an accurate product description, or lacks
compatible equipment/software where compatibility requirements were reasonably disclosed.
5. Unauthorized Sharing
Digital purchases are subject to the applicable Music Listening & Usage Terms and any product-specific license.
Purchase does not authorize unauthorized copying, resale, redistribution, file sharing, commercial exploitation, or
transfer of copyright ownership.
6. Requesting Help
For a genuine digital-delivery or billing problem, contact questions@psalmsofheaven.com with your name, order
number, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, warranty, or consumer-protection right that cannot lawfully be
waived.
